What Is Cursing and Insulting
It is the use of unpleasant words towards people that sadden them and hurt their feelings, and describing them with expressions that annoy them for the purpose of provoking others' laughter, while insisting on those words and repeating them even if the person being addressed rejects that description.
Words that we do not want anyone to call us are insults, such as ("you fool", "you stupid", "you fat one", "you ugly one").
What Is the Difference Between Insults and Joking?
Joking happens by agreement between the two parties, and they exchange jokes together while both are happy, whereas insults go from one person to another without agreement, and the person who receives the insult is sad when he hears it, and he also does not want others to hear it.
