الهدف من اتباع السلوك الإيجابي هو التواصل بشكلٍ فعال وواضح مع الآخرين من خلال التفاهم معهم بشكلٍ جيد، ويُعد السلوك الإيجابي من الأمور الهامة في إطار التربية، ولا يمكن أن يُعزز من خلال المواعظ فقط، وتوضح هذه الحقيبة التدريبية مفهوم السلوك الإيجابي باعتباره كل قولٍ أو فعلٍ يهدف إلى إصلاح الذات وإسعادها وإصلاح المجتمع وإسعاده، انطلاقًا من تعاليم الإسلام وآدابه.
