Design emulates vision, or in other words "sight". The designer is fully aware that the idea they want to convey to people through a particular design must be seen by people; design, therefore, deals directly with the eye, and from there a sense of the aesthetics of the shapes within the design is formed in the viewer. We cannot call a "radio advertisement" a design, while at the same time we can call a television advertisement a "design"; even the movements performed by actors in a television advertisement are drawn from nature and employed in the advertisement to express a particular idea.
Design has great importance in people's lives due to its significant role in providing society with artistic products that address the taste of all members and consumers of society according to their different ages and social and cultural levels. Design primarily aims to achieve wellbeing and aesthetic value; some designers see themselves as artists, while others prefer to consider themselves people with the creative ability to solve problems.
So the designer must fully understand the size and dimensions of the problem, and then give free rein to their imagination to produce a suitable solution by proposing a particular idea using the various elements of design, such as lines, shapes, and colours that attract the eye and speak to the mind.
