Training Kit on Trainer Preparation
Training is not merely the acquisition of new information, but an exchange of experiences, since people who are at the head of their work possess a great deal of experience. Training means exchanging experiences among trainees and presenting, in front of everyone, the various problems they face daily in their work, and listening to more than one way of solving such problems. Simply attending the training hall is in itself an experience, and building good relationships with trainers and getting acquainted among trainees is also an experience. Likewise, the trainee renewing their information is an experience, and knowing the mechanism of training in terms of organisation, commitment to time and attendance, carrying out activities and so on is considered an experience the trainee acquires, as is reinforcing trainees' conviction in the effectiveness and benefit of the training they are undertaking, encouraging them towards innovation and creativity, and creating in trainees a genuine desire to develop themselves and raise their competencies.

The Concept of Training:
When one of us stands before a gathering of people speaking, whether this is part of the nature of their work and job or they were compelled to do so, they are in a situation that requires psychological readiness and prior preparation.
What Is Training?
Conveying information to others has a set of graduated objectives that ultimately reach the fundamental goal, which is a change in individuals' behaviour. Training may include, among its concepts, developing an individual's information or even imparting new information to them. Accordingly, training means: the set of activities aimed at improving knowledge and professional capabilities, always bearing in mind the possibility of applying them at work.
In other words, the ability to perform one's job is important, and it was indeed the aim of the employee selection process, but it is not sufficient, since we must know how to perform this job efficiently and effectively within the existing climate. Possessing theoretical and practical knowledge is a necessary condition for success but is not sufficient; a willingness to work must also be present, since a person does not work alone but works with others, and their goals or purposes may conflict, but everyone must know how to work within a framework of cooperation and team spirit.
