Training is not merely the acquisition of new information, but an exchange of experiences, for people who are at the head of their work possess a great deal of experience. Training means exchanging experiences among trainees and presenting, before everyone, the various problems they face daily in their work, as well as listening to more than one way of solving such problems. Simply attending the training hall is itself an experience, and building good relationships with trainers and getting to know fellow trainees is also an experience. Likewise, the trainee renewing his information is an experience, and knowing the mechanism of the training in terms of organisation, commitment to time and attendance, implementing activities and other matters is considered an experience that the trainee acquires.
