Training is not merely the acquisition of new information, but an exchange of experiences; people at the top of their work possess a great deal of experience, and training means exchanging experiences among trainees, and presenting the various problems they face daily in their work in front of everyone, and listening to more than one way of solving such problems. Simply attending the training hall is itself an experience, and building good relationships with trainers and getting to know fellow trainees is also an experience, and likewise the trainee renewing their information is an experience, and knowing the mechanism of training in terms of organisation, commitment to time and attendance, and carrying out activities and so on is considered an experience gained by the trainee, and reinforcing trainees' convictions about the effectiveness and benefit of the training they are undertaking, and encouraging them towards innovation and creativity, and creating in trainees a personal desire to develop themselves and raise their competencies.
