Feelings are a conscious experience characterised by intense mental activity, and a certain degree of pleasure or suffering. Feelings are often intertwined with psychological state, mood, personality, and orientation.
Feelings are something a person feels continuously, when an event occurs that requires a specific response within the person, and emotion helps absorb the experiences they face and clarifies to the person how they feel towards these experiences, whether they feel bad or satisfied.
Feelings are a complex psychological state that involves a group of components, the most important of which are:
Subjective experience: in which the emotion stems from the individual's personal experiences, and your own experience may range from mild annoyance to intense anger, depending on the situations you personally encounter.
Physiological response: if you have felt, in one of the difficult situations, a tingling sensation in your stomach or an increased heartbeat, the reason is attributed to the link between feelings and our bodily response, as the nervous system controls the body's involuntary responses, such as blood flow and digestion.
Experiencing something as a result of external factors or through interaction with one of the five senses or the human senses, through situations or emotional perception, and feelings are long in terms of their time period.
Employees and supervisors, psychological and educational counsellors, and anyone interested in self-development.
