High level innovation and originality in leadership are an utmost necessity in our present era, due to the role of higher levels of thinking and innovation in changing circumstances and reshaping the world of reality, in a way that keeps pace with renewed needs and the complexity of life.
Fundamentals of innovation
Innovative thinking is considered one of the most important types of thinking, as it is thinking beyond what is obvious, which produces solutions and ideas that go beyond the cognitive framework held by the thinking individual or the environment in which they live, or it is the process that leads to the existence of an output that is separate in its existence from the one who created it.
Creativity, idea generation and brainstorming
The concept of creativity:
It is unconventional production, by an individual or a small working group, characterised by novelty and distinguished by ideas that are suitable, feasible to implement, and employable for specific uses.
The integrated unity of a set of subjective factors that leads to the achievement of new, original and valuable production by the individual and the group.
