Description

This training kit provides specialised content that helps trainers and teachers present the concept of sound governance in a practical and organised manner, by introducing the foundations of governance and its role in developing institutional work environments.

The kit addresses governance concepts according to the most prominent global models, and their relationship with management, leadership and decision-making, while clarifying the importance of applying institutional governance principles in enhancing transparency and responsibility and achieving sustainable performance.
