"Psychological fragility" is a problem affecting many of us, especially young people; males or females, students or employees, or even those about to enter the labour market, married, single, or about to marry. It makes them vulnerable to the domination of negative feelings and psychological crises, and drives them to become attached to others, to compensate for their own weakness through them.
This is confirmed by a study by the Health Association of the American University on psychological fragility a few years ago. In it, they spoke of a very troubling statistic: "The majority of today's young people record much higher rates of depression, stress and emotional dependency, and worse than all of that, suicide attempt rates are also the highest in this age group. It is clear that what lies behind these statistics is emotional fragility."
