Institutional Restructuring Training Kit
A kit on managing organisational change and crises, diagnosing institutional failure, and the concepts, reasons and methods of administrative and financial restructuring.
Volunteer work is providing help, support and effort in order to work towards achieving good in society in general and for its individuals in particular. It is called volunteer work because a person does it willingly, without being forced by others to do it. It is an inner will, and a triumph of the power of good over evil, and evidence of the prosperity of society, for the more positive and constructive elements there are in a society, the more this leads to its development and growth.
The administrative component concerned with the affairs of volunteers in the association, by identifying volunteer needs and writing up volunteer opportunities for them, and attracting and recruiting volunteers according to their abilities and the needs of the association. Volunteer management also qualifies and trains volunteers according to the task, follows them up during performance, honours them, and publicises their achievements.
