Description
This training kit provides specialised content that helps trainers present training programmes on prophetic leadership, through identifying the foundations of effective leadership in the prophetic biography, and the importance of clarity of vision, goal-setting, and good planning in leading individuals and building communities.
It also contributes to developing leadership skills among participants through studying practical models in preparing leaders, developing administrative leadership skills, and enhancing the ability to make decisions, communicate influentially, and motivate the work team with successful leadership methods.
The kit helps trainers design leadership training programmes relying on leadership situations drawn from the prophetic biography, and employing them in developing effective leadership skills and enhancing the ability to manage work teams efficiently.
It also addresses methods of dialogue and consultation, building positive relationships, and addressing social problems wisely, making it a suitable training tool for qualifying leaders and establishing the values of cooperation, responsibility and excellence within institutions and communities.
