Description
Retirement represents an important transitional stage in a person's life, as the individual moves from a regular work pattern to a new way of life that may impose changes on him in the psychological, social and daily aspects. This stage may be associated, for some of those approaching retirement and retirees, with negative perceptions that make them view it as a period of routine or withdrawal from life, especially in the absence of prior planning for what comes after the end of service.
The kit addresses the concept of retirement and its nature as a stage in which an employee's service ends in accordance with retirement regulations, clarifying the requirements related to actual service and the employment relationship. It also focuses on the importance of planning for post-retirement life and preparing for the transition to this stage more consciously, which helps the retiree build a positive outlook for his new life and deal with the changes associated with it.
